A popular feature for schools and outdoor recreational play areas are multi use games areas, or MUGAs. These are highly durable combination goal systems often compliamented by steel fenced game enclosures.

Outdoor MUGA have no set size standard and are built partially, with steel goals only or with full steel fence surounding enclosures. These are usually placed on a hard surface or existing play area such as cement or tarmac. Sports turf is an option which can be added for more specialised play such as 3G football and hockey, but the most poplar choice is tarmac.
